@HarryHat @FootLockerEU Hey, I ended up sending them a message on the website too as when you call them you get put on hold and they hang up. I got a response via email after about 5 days and they included me a return sheet in it (although you have to print it out). Try that way instead

The hardest tweet I've ever had to write... Stuart 'Charlie' Charlesworth lost his battle & died yesterday. I can't thank the @MedwayCritCare enough for all they did for him. We love him more than words can say & as our beautiful little girl told me, he'll always be with us 💙
