Now I have spam callers from @SouthwestAir calling me cussing me out trying to pretend their customer service . Number was 1-800-435-9792. Google says it’s Southwest Airlines. So if they’re calling me and cussing me out for their issues? Get fucked.

What doesn’t make sense to me is if I purchase business select for one flight, @SouthwestAir cancels the flight (oh not once but 4 times), why doesn’t the business select transfer over to the next flight? Now I’m out $ and customer service wait times are 1 hr + Make it make sense

@SouthwestAir has no idea what they’re actually doing. Been in Maui since 10:30 am… 12:55 flight cancelled, get on a 3pm flight at 3:45 and now we’re stuck on the plane for 55 min so won’t take off until 5pm. HOW IS THIS OK #SOUTHWESTAIRLINESSUCKS
