The expert, a family practitioner and former county medical examiner from FL, said it is possible Momeni redirected a knife in Lee's hands to push it back on Lee. He also testified that the prosecution's theory that Momeni directly attacked Lee is possible. @KPIXtv

Overnight, our City Hall was defaced with racist and sexist slurs. This hateful act is a painful reminder of the work we still need to do. Like many, I confront this kind of hate almost every day online. But I want to be clear, this disgusting racism and sexism isn’t just about me, it hurts everyone in our city.

And while someone attempted to stain our community with racist vitriol and hatred, stains can be lifted.

These are the moments when San Francisco demonstrates that our city and people cannot, and will not, be intimidated.

In the first year since launching the Homeless Engagement Assistance Response Team (HEART), we've made significant strides toward a more compassionate, effective approach to addressing the challenges faced by our unhoused residents. HEART teams have responded to over 80% of 311 and 911 calls related to unhoused individuals, helping nearly 300 people weekly with resources like shelter, public benefits, and medical care. At least one airline has already begun using the proposed name, according to SF city attorney David Chiu. He says the revised name of “San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport” will very likely lead to widespread passenger confusion and avoidable travel mishaps. @KPIXtv
