@JetsPizza ordered delivery, neither credit card went through, was put on hold 13m, hung up called back offered to pay cash, was told it’d be delivered in 30-40, and it’s been 75m. this is an incredibly high expectation of your customers. so disappointed.

@DoorDash_Help I placed an order an hour ago, it was accepted and the driver was at the restaurant for 30m when I got a call from DD saying the restaurant was too busy and cancelled my order. Awful cust svc. It’s now too late to place another order!

@Nordstrom I bought a Valentino wallet, had it shipped to store, was called when it delivered, come to store and it is a defective product. Employee says “oh I just wanted you to see it was all scratched up” and then says reordering will be difficult. Terrible!
