Very cool idea — but an agent is only as good as the data underneath it.
Satellite tells you a yard was pool-free… 2-5 years ago. @LayerDrone tells you the lot size to 1cm, shade coverage, and whether the sidewalk is cracking right now.
That's the difference between a postcard and a closed deal.
