The most important factors for health are not actually your diet and your external lifestyle... Similar to how the most important factor for a grand theft auto character isn't the food it eats in the game... It's the PROGRAMMING underlying the character. The programming underlying your body is far more important than what you put in your body. Your consciousness, your beliefs, your emotions control the health of your body more than anything else. This is the future of health.
