Minnesotans deserve a government that can carry its weight and match their drive and ambition. If you give me the opportunity to serve as your governor, I will work every day to build a government that solves problems and delivers results for the people it serves.

@FriendlyNR77 @AlphaNews They might as well disappear. Qualls is an outsider, but way too boring. If you’re going to be an outsider, you have to have a lot of charisma.

@AlphaNews I hate that this seems like a done deal, like Qualls and other candidates might as well disappear. A political insider who was in power while the state fell apart isn't what's needed. She's up against Klobuchar. Demuth won't win no matter how gimmicky the campaign is.

Rick's Coffee Bar in south Minneapolis has posted that their internship director Amos Ferrier has died from injuries received in a robbery. MPD just now released a statement: Chief O’Hara announced that a man died a couple of days after being injured during an attempted auto theft. On May 15, 2026, at approximately 1:35 p.m., Third Precinct officers responded to what was initially reported as a personal injury accident in the 5400 block of 43rd Avenue South. Officers arrived and provided immediate medical aid for a 38-year-old man who was unconscious in the street after being thrown from a vehicle.  The injured man was transported by ambulance to Hennepin Healthcare with life-threatening injuries. Preliminary information indicates that the man confronted two individuals who were attempting to steal his vehicle. The suspects abandoned the attempted theft and ran to the vehicle they had arrived in. As the suspects attempted to flee, the victim was either struck by the suspects’ vehicle or jumped onto the hood.  The suspects continued driving evasively causing the victim to be thrown from the hood of the vehicle and sustain a serious head injury.  The suspects fled the area. On Sunday, May 17, 2026, the Minneapolis Police Department was notified that the victim had died from injuries sustained in the incident. MPD homicide investigators are working to determine the full sequence of events that led to the incident.  There have been no arrests. “This is a tragic event that has devastated a family and shocked the community,” said Chief O’Hara. “The reckless disregard for the value of human life shown in this case is horrifying, and those responsible should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.” The MPD incident number is 26-128233. Anyone with information is asked to contact Minneapolis Police investigators or submit tips anonymously through CrimeStoppers.  Anyone with information is encouraged to contact MPD by emailing policetips@minneapolismn.gov or calling 612-673-5845 to leave a voicemail. Those wishing to remain anonymous can contact CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or submit a tip online at CrimeStoppersMN.org. All tips are anonymous, and information leading to an arrest and conviction may be eligible for a financial reward.

Amy Klobuchar is friends with the Lockdown Queen Whitmer and the Lockdown Chairman Walz. Creepy.
Amy Klobuchar@amyklobuchar

My friend Gov. @gretchenwhitmer said it best — in the Midwest, we’re not afraid to work hard. But if we want to make a better future for all Minnesotans, we have to train our workers on the technology of today and build on our culture of innovation.

@LisaDemuthMN We did miss it because people’s eyes glaze over when you post and talk like this. Can you make more exciting campaign videos to highlight what you’ve done? Seriously. We need you, but you’re not going to win with boring posts like this.

In case you missed it. Earlier this month House Republicans passed landmark welfare reform that: • Restores work requirements for able-bodied adults on Medicaid. • Requires work, training, or education to receive benefits. • Strengthens eligibility checks • Cracks down on fraud, abuse, and improper payments. • Protects taxpayers from roughly $3.5 billion per year in federal penalties. This legislation strengthens accountability, protects taxpayers, and ensures assistance programs serve those who truly need them—not those who take advantage of the system.
MN House Republicans@mnhousegop

We just passed one of the biggest conservative welfare reform wins in decades. ✅ Restores work requirements for able-bodied adults on Medicaid ✅ Requires work, training, or education to receive benefits ✅ Strengthens eligibility checks ✅ Cracks down on fraud, abuse, and improper payments ✅ Protects taxpayers from roughly $3.5 billion per year in federal penalties Republicans have fought for this for years. Today, we got it done.

@LisaDemuthMN @RyanDWilsonMN Lisa, you’re a great candidate, but your campaign is lackluster. Take a look at Spencer Pratt’s ads and put something like that out! We need to get some more excitement behind you!

Team Demuth has been out in full force across our state these last several weeks as we draw closer to the endorsing convention in Duluth. Thank you to our countless grassroots volunteers who help @RyanDWilsonMN and I connect with Minnesotans every day in this campaign to take our state back from years of Democrat waste, fraud and abuse of our tax dollars. We're ready for Minnesota's Comeback.
