Such a deep artist/artist. I feel like Chico Freeman’s music gets overlooked because these India Navigation releases are so scare. No reissue of this 1978 gem except for a 1980 Japanese release. Jay Hoggard, Anthony Davis, Cecil McBee, Famadou Don Moye. A classic. Powerful.
