Question for the runners out there... What benefit would a Strava sub give me over the free version and the stats on my Garmin Forerunner 255? The Forerunner has been a superb purchase in focusing my runs. Am I missing a trick without the Strava sub? #ukrunchat @UKRunChat

@1875__90 @fetcheveryone It's been around for years and years, pre-Strava. Excellent analytics, graphs, set your HR zones, pace zones, training log etc. So good.

As an adult, is there anything more satisfying than lobbing rubbish you've been meaning to get rid of for ages into the skip at the local recycling centre?

@JenMacRuns @UKRunChat I've recently tried Veloforte gels. All natural ingredients, no fake sugars & they're a bit smaller size wise so less to take in but same nutrition as bigger gels. I've really enjoyed them, personally. I had no issues w/SiS but wanted to try different. Would recommend trying.
