He was then federally charged for those firearms—charges that would *never* have surfaced without the J6 investigation. Here’s the kicker: Many other J6ers faced similar firearms charges, and courts dismissed them as “fruit of the poisonous tree” because the raids stemmed from J6, which was pardoned. If J6 is legally nullified by the pardon, those charges should be void! Precedent exists—others in Dan’s shoes are free. So why is Dan still behind bars?
