SUSPECT ARRAIGNED OVER USD 600,000 GOLD FRAUD SCHEME A Kenyan fake gold merchant has been arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts in connection with a USD 600,000 fake gold fraud scheme targeting an Australian national. The accused, Duncan Okaka Okonji, was arrested on March 24, 2026, and presented in court on March 25, 2026, where he was charged with conspiracy to defraud contrary to Section 317 of the Penal Code. He denied the charge and was released on a bond of KSh 5 million or an alternative cash bail of KSh 1 million, with two contact persons. The case is scheduled for mention on April 7, 2026, at the Milimani Law Courts. According to investigators, the complaint dates back to October 2025, when the victim, while in Dubai, was introduced to an individual identified as Marshall Morrison, who allegedly posed as an American investor. Morrison is said to have linked the victim to Okonji, who presented himself as a facilitator of a 590 kg gold consignment transaction. Investigations further indicate that the complainant was taken to Tanzania, where he was shown purported mining sites, before being brought to Kenya. The suspects allegedly staged a series of meetings and prepared documentation to convince the victim that arrangements were underway to ship the gold consignment to Dubai. Believing the transaction to be legitimate, the complainant reportedly transferred USD 600,000 through Conrad Law Advocates LLC before later suspecting fraud and reporting the matter to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI). The Directorate of Criminal Investigations has reiterated its commitment to dismantling transnational fraud syndicates, disrupting organised investment scams, and ensuring that proceeds of crime are identified, traced, and recovered in accordance with the law. #FichuaKwaDCICall 0800 722 203 (toll-free) or WhatsApp 0709 570 000 to report anonymously. On September 23, 2025, I talked @wifiproof for the first time. At the time, it was a hackathon idea built around a very simple observation: whenever people arrive at a hackathon, conference, or venue, one of the first things they ask is, “What’s the Wi-Fi password?” That tiny ritual stuck with me. Because if you are physically in a venue, trying to connect to the venue’s Wi-Fi, that already says something important. It says you are there. And I kept asking myself: why do we still have to give away so much personal information just to prove something as simple as attendance? Why should proving “I was there” require exposing your name, phone number, email, or other unnecessary details? That question became WiFiProof. Version 1 was important because it proved the idea had life. People understood it immediately. They loved the concept. But if I’m being honest, v1 also showed me all the places where the design was not strong enough yet. There were real security assumptions and weaknesses that needed to be revisited. So I went back to the drawing board. Over the past few months, I’ve been building WiFiProof v2. Reworking assumptions. Fixing vulnerabilities. Tightening the security model. Improving the proof flow. Making the system more credible, more private, and much closer to the product I originally imagined. This has been one of those projects where the deeper you go, the more you realize how much care is required if you want to build something that is not just interesting, but actually trustworthy. And now, after all that iteration, WiFiProof v2 is ready for testing. Tomorrow, I’ll be demoing it at @Web3Clubs Labs. I’m excited, but more than that, I’m grateful. Grateful that an idea that started as a hackathon experiment is now at the stage where people can actually come interact with it, test it, question it, and help shape what it becomes next. If you’ve followed the journey since the first post, thank you. If this is your first time hearing about @wifiproof , welcome. And if you care about privacy, ZK, cryptography, proof of attendance, or building better systems for the real world, I’d love for you to come see what we’ve been working on. See you tomorrow at Web3Clubs Labs.

You’re at a crypto conference. First thing you do? (After grabbing coffee and dodging swag) ask: What’s the Wi-Fi password? What if that tiny ritual could become unforgeable, private proof that you were actually there? Enter: WiFiProof, built during @zk_monk hackathon 2025.🧵

Polymarket arb is not a “find one bad market and print” game It’s an infrastructure game where you model the entire site as a giant constrained probability space You use integer programming and Bregman projections to locate every tiny logical inconsistency Then you let carefully engineered execution and sizing quietly tax the crowd for millions over time

🚨 BINANCE IS MANIPULATING BITCOIN THE DAY OF CHRISTMAS Bitcoin briefly wicked to $24,111 on Binance before pumping back up. And nobody is explaining what actually happened, so I’ll do it. Here’s exactly what happened: This should be illegal, but I guess this is only relevant to the average joes. You need to stop staring at the chart and start looking at the flows. In a very short window, Binance started dumping crazy amounts of Bitcoin on CHRISTMAS DAY. Where’s my proof? Well, check the image. It’s literally there. When you see coordinated transfers like this, especially during thin liquidity, price doesn’t need much to fall. And yes, some people had deep limit bids and got filled below $25k. That’s how these moves always end. It doesn’t mean spot traded there for minutes. It means someone got absolutely REKT, and the market had no depth to catch it. Btw, I’ve been studying macro for over 20 years, and I’ve been in Bitcoin for 12 years. I called the last 2 major market tops and bottoms. When the next bottom is in and I start buying BTC again, I’ll say it here so you can copy my moves. If you still haven’t followed me, you’ll regret it.
