This KMPDC office is being run like a typical government office. You call customer service , you wait in line for 15 minutes and the call is cancelled so you don’t get help. You visit them, the women at licensing are busy story telling for 30 minutes so you have to wait. Ni chai tu inatembea and people are waiting😭😭
