I've raced over NH and had a few falls, I'd never try and jump off whilst coming over a fence, put yourself at risk of serious injury

@Ailsawalt @liambarker I had to do it a few days before Christmas. Learn how to use a hoist, how to use slide sheets. I did learn that you no longer roll the patient whilst placing a board or sheet underneath, so that was new! I work in mental health services and will never use a hoist. Until 2023 😂
