I'm glad Rowling brought class into the frame. In an April 2020 interview with GQ, @RoryStewartUK said "...when I was prisons minister, we had situations of male prisoners self-identifying as females then raping staff in prison." So he knows what female inmates and staff are enduring. He just doesn't care.
