@osstf @JBradshaw01 Unfortunately these are the teachers who leave education. In some boards it can take 8 or 9 years on the OT list before getting a permanent contract.

So the tvdsb is so desperate for teachers that they are now accepting 3rd year university students???? The shortage of qualified teachers has become a massive problem. Perhaps better wages and better working conditions would encourage more people to think of teaching. #onted
