Erm hello @HighwaysSEAST - so you STILL have all this closed for a “system test” what the hell are you wasting our time in reopening this again? It’s ridiculous.

@NationalHways @HighwaysSEAST why on gods earth have you not lifted the speed limit on the M27 now the work has finished? It was bad enough it was closed for ages, over a year ago, only for you to then close it yet again! Get a grip.

@GWRHelp I am still waiting for a response. I am not letting this go! It’s disgraceful - normally I grin and bear but with my bad back this was the last straw. Having to stand up crammed in like sardines BOTH ways, with a bad back. Unacceptable .

Good morning, I am sorry to hear this. Many train tickets are flexible, allowing customers greater choice. This does mean, however, that some services can become unexpectedly busy. We do all we can to ensure the busiest known services have a greater capacity and we use all available carriages where possible - Rose

Yet again a short train @GWRHelp and stood up, with a seriously bad back, and all crammed in like sardines! HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE FOR THE PRICE? I am sick and tired of this happening every time. It is criminal! The service is pathetic. @10DowningStreet

@GWRHelp Hi Rose, thanks for the swift response. But I use the trains regularly, and every time this happens. Short trains, crammed in like sardines. It’s bad enough on a normal day but I have a bad back and I’m stood up trying to balance!

Would you like to dignify me with a reply @GWRHelp @H_S_E ? In a world where you have to have a risk assessment to breathe, and you think this is acceptable and safe????

I swear it is CRIMINAL the poor service @GWRHelp provides, despite astronomical fares. As usual, stood up like sardines on (a delayed, of course) train from Reading to Paddington. I cannot believe it’s even safe to be crammed in like this @H_S_E

Well that’s clever (OR NOT) - lift the 2 child benefit cap when we need more money for the government… allowing more people to have extra children beyond their means and further over spend, whilst claiming more benefits from the tax payer. #Budget2026 #Budget2025 #Budget
