Dear @British_Airways. I am stuck with a flight I cannot change dep time on via app (tech error), call cntre that is so busy I can’t get in queue (10 tries 4 days) and online chat that tells me to try again. Obvs it’s very busy time rn but flight leaves 2mrw so how can I get help

@British_Airways I’m flying to Cyprus on Sunday and your policy says changes must be made before 29 March. That’s not a real solution. I cannot travel after that date. You need to offer passengers a reasonable option like moving flights later in the year or a refund.

@British_Airways forcing passengers to travel before 29 March despite security concerns around Cyprus is disgraceful. People can’t just drop everything and travel when you say. Let passengers move flights to later dates or refund them. This policy is shameful.

@British_Airways You cancel flights due to “safety” but only let passengers rebook before 29 March? If I can’t travel now, why can’t I move my ticket later in the year or get a refund? Why are customers being penalised for circumstances outside their control?
