实际就是能量从电力形式转换成合成燃料，且不说过程中的能量损耗，如果日本有了足够的电力又何必去用合成燃料替代石油？

Japan’s major oil company ENEOS has succeeded for the first time in producing synthetic fuel (e-fuel) — made without using petroleum — from CO₂ in the air and water at its facility in Yokohama.
The demonstration plant’s current production scale is still very small at 1 barrel per day (roughly the size of one drum), but the company aims to scale it up to 10,000 barrels per day by 2040.
Although it is still at the experimental stage, this is drawing attention as a new fuel that could reduce dependence on petroleum.
In the timeline we’re currently living in, the move away from oil appears to be beginning at the same time as the move away from the US dollar.

Overnight this becomes the biggest trading block on earth
While the world watches bombs fall in the Middle East, China makes its boldest move on the global chessboard. Starting May 1, 2026, the largest consumer market on Earth will fully open to African products: zero tariffs for 53 countries across the continent.
President Xi Jinping announced it in a message to African leaders gathered at the African Union summit in Addis Ababa. Foreign Minister Wang Yi reinforced it:
"We are removing tariffs completely to boost trade, multiply benefits for the people, and help Africa access the enormous opportunities of the Chinese market."
• The numbers speak for themselves. China is already Africa's largest trading partner, with bilateral trade exceeding $222 billion between January and August 2025. But trade remains unbalanced: Chinese exports to Africa grew 24.7%, while African imports rose only 2.3%. This measure aims to level the playing field.

A strategic economic diplomacy bet that strengthens its influence across a continent of 1.4 billion people, critical mineral reserves, and rapidly expanding markets.

Seabed mapping is not science. It is pre-war intelligence. Submarine warfare depends on knowing water temperature, salinity, currents and terrain to navigate silently, to hide, and to hunt.
China’s sensors are now deployed near Taiwan, Guam, Japan and the approaches to the Malacca Strait. One researcher at Ocean University described his work as developing “new types of combat capabilities for our military at sea.”
The US has spent decades building undersea dominance. China is methodically eroding it one research vessel at a time, in waters it has every legal right to survey.
The next war between great powers may not begin with missiles. It may begin with who knows the ocean floor better.
