@amorriscode i swear i thought it used to be the project of whatever session i had selected when i hit cmd+N example (grouped by project): - Project A (last session created) - Project B session in Project B selected -> cmd+N -> expect the new session in B (not A)

@lemikegao it’s already been the last project that was used. what would the “current” project be in this case?

@amorriscode new sessions no longer pre-select the current project - they default to whatever project the last new session used. did this change recently?

@amorriscode been enjoying it much more than claude with chrome. few feedback items: - passkey auth is a pain (i use 1pass) - missing print/save as pdf (to save docs for filing)

The in-app browser has replaced my usage of the Chrome extension. I love how easy it is to provide context to my Claude using the annotation tool or kick off new sessions based on X feedback. Happy browsing!
ClaudeDevs@ClaudeDevs

Claude Code on desktop now has an in-app browser. Claude can pull up docs, designs, or any other site. It can read, click through, and interact the same way it does with your local dev servers. It's sandboxed and configurable: you choose whether sessions persist.

@amorriscode You should integrate github.com/EvanBacon/serv… like Codex so we get this kinda stuff for iOS development too, it mostly works if I use the plugin directly but I can't figure out how to use the annotation tool to comment on elements

@ChristianSelig what are your biggest issues with the Claude app? it's been working pretty well for me. i'm sure @amorriscode would appreciate any feedback

Maybe dumb question: Fable's great, but how are y'all *using* it? The Codex app seems so much nicer than using a cli nowadays (inline images, heck there's an embedded iOS sim now) and the Claude app is… not great. Should I just get used to clis again or is there something else?

@ANGOmarcello Ahh makes sense. Look forward to seeing your updates! We'll be participating this year as well (first time!)

@lemikegao So one is a Mac App Store app and adding an iOS version does not count as a new app, the other is inherently more suitable for AltStore distribution as it relates to Cannabis (destined to be stuck in review limbo on Apple App Store) so this third idea will do the trick. 😄

After a bunch of app ideas that do not qualify for the RevenueCat Shipaton I finally have a plan! One of my shelved side projects will be unshelved. 👨🏻‍💻😄

What’s your AI toolkit looking like this week? Have you found a workflow that’s actually sticking? It’s been a fun year of trying everything, but I’m starting to crave a little tool stability

All on board! ⛵ New passengers: Shipaton & Shippies trophies + one very happy indie dev. Huge thanks to @RevenueCat for running both challenges last year.

@amorriscode did something change with sorting when grouped by projects? when sorting by recency, the projects now move around based on recent activity (vs just the sessions within projects). makes it hard to track when the projects keep switching

@drbarnard 100% this. Reason why I’m bullish on Apple in the AI era

My wife cares 10X more about natural language calendar entry than she does about Fable 5. (With 4 kids Calendar is one of her most used apps!) And I think that’s the point. Apple is brining meaningful improvements to the everyday life of a billion users in a reliable way, not pandering to those of us who are AI pilled with features they’d have a much harder time delivering reliably at scale.
Sebastian Röhl@SebastianRoehl

Anybody else feel a little disappointed by the announced Siri changes? I feel like this could’ve been “bigger.” The Fable release yesterday made me way more excited than everything Apple announced at WWDC 🤔
