A lot of influencers use “🚨BREAKING:” to announce news on the timeline.
But people are sick of that, and some even have that word muted as a result.
So now we’re seeing alternatives such as “HAPPENING NOW:” and “JUST IN:”
I’m going to start using “📰EXTRA EXTRA:” and “🗞️READ ALL ABOUT IT:” to openly mock this behavior.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

“There’s this mythical beast...called moderation.”
Tomorrow’s Ketobiography episode digs into why “just have a little” is unworkable advice for some brains, and what real guardrails can look like. Part 4 of The Cholesterol Code Series.

Stop buying electrolyte drinks… there’s a simpler way.
Most of the ones you’ll find in shops are packed with sugar, dyes, and unnecessary extras.
But your body doesn’t need all of that to stay hydrated.
In reality, proper hydration comes down to a few simple things:
• water
• a pinch of natural salt
• a little glucose
• and a touch of potassium
Here’s a simple way to make your own at home:
1 quart filtered water
½ tsp sea salt
1–2 tsp honey (or sugar)
juice of ½ a lemon
The salt helps your body hold onto fluids.
The glucose supports absorption.
And the lemon adds a small boost of potassium + flavour.
Simple. Natural. Effective.

📸REDWOODS PHOTOGRAPHY BREAK📸
Seeing as Mrs. Dr. Publius is on a redwoods binge, this is one of my favorite shots from our many hikes in California's redwoods forests.
This is from Wunderlich County Park, near Woodside, CA, just a few hundred meters from Neil Young's heavily guarded private estate. 😉
Olympus E-P1, Lumix 20mm, f/1.7, 1/60th, ISO 800, handheld.

We have visited Redwood NP several times. The beauty in these forests is just awe inspiring.

@ScottPresler @DataRepublican It really seems like that’s what they want. They think they can make more money being the opposition party.

Keto is supposed to make life simpler… so why does it sometimes feel like a new full‑time job?
In this Ketobiography conversation, I talk with Amy Berger, alow‑carb nutritionist friend, about “when keto gets crazy”—food rules that keep multiplying, constant fear of “doing it wrong,” and the overlap between food addiction, anxiety, and perfectionism.
If your brain is exhausted from trying to do this “perfectly,” this one’s for you.

He warned the FDA about trans fats for 60 years. Then he sued them at 98.
In 1957, Dr. Fred Kummerow published a paper in Science linking trans fats to heart disease. He found them in the arteries of every heart attack victim he studied. The food industry said trans fats were safer than butter. Kummerow's data said the opposite.
Trans fats were in everything. Margarine, shortening, every processed food on the shelf. In 1968, he urged the American Heart Association to act. They ignored him. For decades, the AHA kept telling Americans to replace butter with margarine.
Meanwhile Kummerow kept publishing. Trans fats raise LDL, lower HDL, and trigger inflammation in artery walls. He also discovered that oxidized cholesterol — not regular cholesterol — drives plaque buildup. The evidence was overwhelming. Nobody wanted to hear it.
In 2009, at age 94, he filed a citizen petition demanding the FDA ban trans fats. The law required a response within 180 days. The FDA waited four years.
So in 2013, at 98 years old, Fred Kummerow sued the FDA. In 2015, the FDA finally ruled trans fats were not safe and banned them from the food supply. The CDC estimates the ban prevents 20,000 heart attacks and 7,000 deaths every year.
He spent 60 years proving they were killing us. They ignored him until he took them to court. He was 100 years old when he won.
Question everything.

“Why didn’t keto work for me?” is one of the most common messages I get.
Sometimes the problem isn’t the macros—it’s food addiction. Cravings, “keto treats,” holidays, and an ultra‑processed food environment can turn low‑carb into a white-knuckle battle where the addiction keeps finding a way back in.
This week I’m digging into food addiction on Ketobiography, because my next guest is an expert who is also featured in The Cholesterol Code. These stories aren’t simply about an LDL number—these are real people managing their health with dietary interventions.

I’m sick and tired of it all.
I’m sick and tired of traitors wearing suits and smiles while they sell us out.
Sick and tired of Candace Owens turning every headline into her personal drama tour.
Sick and tired of hearing about Joe Kent, somebody I’d never heard of three days ago.
I’m tired of MTG's Botox sunburnt face and that cheap boxed bleach job she runs through her hair every six weeks.
Tired of Thomas Massie’s Jerry curls looking like he just rolled out of a 70s porn set.
Tired of Tucker Carlson and that weird thousand-yard stare he does like he’s reading your soul.
And this ain’t just a Republican problem.
I’m calling balls and strikes on everybody.
I’m sick and tired of the Krassensteins flooding my feed with their cry-baby rage-bait, racking up hundreds of thousands of impressions while the rest of us grind.
Tired of seeing JoJoFromJerz's face caked in enough makeup to spackle a house.
Tired of seeing that thing on Ilhan Omar’s head.
Tired of Jasmine Crockett’s non-stop loud mouth and AOC’s horse face lecturing me about “systemic” everything while she flies first class.
I’m sick and tired of people who break the actual law never seeing the inside of a jail cell.
Fraudsters, corrupt politicians, pedophiles on the Epstein list.
I’m sick and tired of hearing “no one is above the law” when it’s crystal clear that everyone is above the law except you and me.
I’m tired of good things happening to bad people.
Tired of the worst accounts on X blowing up while honest voices and talent gets buried.
Tired of Hollywood elites and late-night “comedians” telling me how to live while they snort coke in mansions.
Tired of corporate suits pushing DEI quotas that punish hard work and reward skin color.
Tired of teachers in schools sneaking in agendas instead of teaching real history.
I’m sick and tired of people telling me to live my life a certain way so I don’t “offend” folks with mental illness.
Biology isn’t bigotry, and I’m not rewriting reality to make anyone feel special.
But what I’m sick and tired of the MOST…are the people who hate America.
The ones who burn the flag, kneel for the anthem, and scream that this country was founded on “stolen land” and “oppression.”
The ones who flood across our border, take our benefits, wave their own flags, and then trash the greatest nation God ever gave man.
The ones in Congress who call America “racist” while cashing taxpayer checks.
The so-called journalists who apologize for every American achievement like it’s a crime to be exceptional.
These America-haters don’t love freedom, they fear it.
They don’t want opportunity, they want equality of misery.
They push socialism in our schools, woke nonsense in our military, and shame in our hearts because a strong, proud America stands in the way of their globalist wet dream.
Well I’m here to tell you...
I love this country with every fiber of my being.
I love the dirt in my backyard, the fireworks on the Fourth, the smell of barbecue on a summer night, and the fact that my three kids can still dream bigger than anywhere else on Earth.
I love the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the flag that flies over my house, and the men and women in uniform who’ve kept us free.
I love that we’re the only nation on the planet dumb enough and brave enough to say “give me liberty or give me death” and actually mean it.
I’m done being polite about it all.
I’ll keep writing, keep voting, keep raising my kids right, and keep standing for the greatest experiment in human freedom the world has ever known.
Because if loving America makes me the bad guy…then lock me up with the rest of the patriots.
I’m sick and tired of the haters.
But I’ll never be tired of this country.
MAGA forever.
