@AbneyParkN16 Sad for Abney's nature, but I hope dog walkers are now more aware of the need to keep their dogs in close control and in sight. Hopefully the council will take other measures to protect wildlife eg fencing off sections of graves/woodland. Please @hackneycouncil @mayorofhackney ?

The Hackney Council recommendation is to NOT implement the consultation proposals to require dogs on leads. It recognises the concerns about impact on the site but will not implement the proposal. 1/2

I asked the Prime Minister why 34% of children in Stockton North are living in poverty.  The Home Secretary James Cleverly can apparently be heard saying it is a "sh**hole". This comment shames the Home Secretary, the Government and his party and he should apologise.

If you want to look at animal cruelty, horse racing is not it. There are exceptions, but vast majority of those who work with these horses love them. It’s a sport with risks but so is surfing or motor racing. theguardian.com/sport/2023/apr…

She was into it at first but then changed her mind and that’s when everyone turned on him. That was 2 years ago. My son also affected cos he stuck up for his friend.

@EvaWiseman I read it, how dare you trivialise something which can have serious, debilitating symptoms which are nothing to do with "a fear life as they know it is coming to an end". Symptoms are real and physical, get educated
