Finally, PhD defended! 🍾

Two years ago, I joined @echOpen_, whose vision was to make ultrasound imaging accessible. 🎉 Today, our ultra-portable probe is finally available! 🎉 This huge milestone will also bring our AI project to another scale, and I'm so excited about the next steps of this journey!

Ultrasound imaging is an exciting modality in ML. Both powerful and challenging to analyse (work on noisy videos, ...). But thanks to echOpen's multidisciplinary team, and its partnerships with APHP, we can work every day with medical doctors to help us in these challenges.

We are looking for a Machine Learning/Computer Vision intern at @echOpenfactory to work with me on organ detection/segmentation on ultrasound images (echography), to build tools helping medical doctors using the echOpen device. Please RT and share to students! More details ⬇️

I will work with the team to develop AI tools, helping doctors to use the probe, read and interpret the ultrasound images. After years of fundamental research, my goal was to switch to product-applied research, apply AI in practice, and try to make it useful in real-world.

Finally, my PhD is (almost) finished. In 2 weeks, I will be joining @echOpenfactory as Lead AI Research 🎉 @echOpenfactory developed an super-affordable ultrasound imaging system (echograph), soon to be on the market, dedicated to diagnosis orientation.

I was told in my last talk that GPT-3 did not face the same issues as GPT-2. Tried a few queries... not quite there yet
