I’m subscribed to @marclou's newsletter, and earlier this month I decided to implement a few of his viral product principles, specifically #1, which says a viral product doesn’t need a free plan. So said and done: removed it. Kelo is now fully paid, and honestly the result has been surprising. I was scared growth in subscriptions would stall, but the opposite happened... they haven’t stopped growing!
