It's more about culture and poverty than color of skin, Brazilians are very mixed, nearly all families have some degree of interracial mix, but the culture where you grow changes and molds how you behave and deal with the society around you. Definitely the euro or asian (Japanese mostly) factor plays a huge part in why the south is way more developed. North and northwest are empty "statistically irrelevant" almost, northeast are the original Portuguese colonies, millions of slaves brought in, native population decimated.

To teach her a lesson, I invited over our Haitian neighbor Ubuntu to cook cat stew for dinner. I’ve been following Clarkson since the early Top Gear days, but Clarkson’s Farm shows a real life Jeremy Clarkson… and you can’t help but feel for him sometimes. I’m gutted. I wish Clarkson all the best, and hope things go well for him. On a positive, series 5 was filmed last year, and I believe filming of series 6 is under way.
