We have a major incident on SBG2. The fire declared in the building. Firefighters were immediately on the scene but could not control the fire in SBG2. The whole site has been isolated which impacts all services in SGB1-4. We recommend to activate your Disaster Recovery Plan.

@ASUCloud @olesovhcom Yes, but my root password is not recognised, I am stuck at the login screen and can’t login. Server not responding to ping. OVH automatic check says Software configuration to be corrected by customer , But I didn’t changed any software on it since the incident.

Update April,15 2pm SBG1/E > Croix > SBG3 First servers are given back to custs. Sorry for delay. It’s a real nightmare. It’s not done, still long journey but the code works. Now, we will be able to speed up :)

@olesovhcom My stuff is back :O But service still in rescue64-ovh (Internal rescue). But I got full access joining via my SSH Key & website and shit is running. Is it safe to go?

@olesovhcom Will you start putting servers online on floor 5 ? or will you wait to fill floor 3 and only after that you are planning to put them online one by one ? I will appreciate an honest answer good or bad but a straight one! Thank you!

Update April,14 9pm SBG1/E > Croix > SBG3 new 200 servers were shipped to Floor 5 which is now full. Tomorrow, we start filling Floor 3. Step by step. Yes, it’s slow. Real nightmare.

@leviBKL @olesovhcom "Internal rescue" means they are already working on it.

Update April, 10 10am 4/5 BM SBG1>SBG4 done SBG1>SBG3 It’s a nightmare .. next wk only, first server will be UP. All servers are cleaned and tested, but it takes time to reassemble the racks .. a huge tetris.

@ASUCloud @olesovhcom Hi my servere is in A06 as yours, does the boot option still in rescue64-ovh (pro) or (internal rescue) for yours ? Hopefully we will get back our servers this weekend, it’s been 1 month now in agony.

@olesovhcom Assuming you're starting with S350A1, then if there are 42 servers per rack then racks A1-A6 should be up? But they're not because mine is in rack A6 and it's still down... @olesovhcom something doesn't add up???

@leviBKL @olesovhcom Again, like he said, they are going to transfer these servers to their manufactory in Croix to clean them (change motherboard and everything) then they will be shipped to RBX or GRA to be plugged in.

@Ded3l @olesovhcom Well that’s a little bit confusing since we have another statement in which is stated that the motherboard’s can’t be cleaned and they will add a generic motherboard with an atom so we can extract our data. I know that this are hard times for all of us ...
