@Hyundai absolute worst experience I have ever had with car shopping. Bought the 2025 Hyundai sonata limited trim and the very next day had to have it toed out of my garage, but hey shit happens, I get it. So they order me a brand new one of the same damn model and SAME PROBLEM @Hyundai

@Hyundai @Hyundai I’ve been waiting over 48 hours for a response from Consumer Affairs regarding a serious issue — my brand new 2025 Sonata Hybrid broke down the day after delivery and is being replaced. I’ve called and emailed with no update. Can someone please escalate this?

@HyundaiIndia @hyundai global. This is for all the people who are planning to buy a car from Hyundai. Please don’t buy warranty as Hyundai would not repair anything under warranty and would give some hidden clause as excuse. BEWARE. Very bad Customer service .
