Healthy happy and reversed diabetes in 8 months HbA1c down from 13.1 to 6 (borderline prediadectic) In a way I am glad I got diabetic for a bit It taught me discipline and rebuilt a loving and nourishing relationship with food! For example if I’d see a lovely breakfast spread ( i am a breakfast gal breakfast is my love language) - I’d go in on as many favourites as possible without thinking of the sugar shock I’d be sending my system Now it’s a nice NO to juices - stir fried veggies first with scrambled eggs and one or two bite of continental shit from the 2000 options given at the buffet spread for indulgence ( I am still just a girl! ♥️ )
