@VirginMediaCorp I can see why your customer 'service' has the reputation it deserves. 3 times now I have been told a supervisor will call me back by the end of the day... still waiting #badservice

@virginmedia Why, when you cannot provide the service to my new property, I have to pay an Early Disconnection Charge? Are you dictating where I can live now? or I need to pay a penalty for choosing somewhere where you cannot supply to?

@FedExHelpEU I explained how important my delivery was, it was already expected to be delivered on Tuesday, then Wednesday and then today. I didn’t care how late it was, as long as I go it today, and you promised I would get it, but I can see it was checked back in at 17.15

@lbbdcouncil So I logged a missed rubbish collection last week, you didn’t collect and now they refuse to take the bag that I had to put the rubbish in as my bin was full!! What sort of a circus is this? I expect someone to come back and collect this missed collection again..

@BritishGas so I had to wait 3 weeks for an engineer to come and fix my boiler, which I pay you support for, and the day he is due to turn up you tell me I have to wait another 3 weeks?? I have intermittent hot water and have been struggling. In what world is this okay? #notokay

@bt_uk Funny how it’s happened the last two renewals and it’s happening again now… my service that normally gives 50+mb now is giving 2mb ‘but there’s nothing wrong’. It was working fine before my contract was up for renewal

@bt_uk so why is it, every time my contract expires, by broadband speed drops and connections are intermittent, and as soon as I re-sign a contract, connection resumes??
