Weekend surgical history 🧵 History does not remember Margaret Louden FRCS, who was one of the first female surgeons in the UK. We will try to remedy this. Louden worked at the South London Hospital for Women and Children, and cared for >5000 casualties of the 'Blitz'. (1/ )
