At the @NorfolkCC and @NorwichCC Syrian and Turkish Earthquake Appeal event today in #Norwich listening to the powerful description of the impact, watching the amazing role of the volunteer white helmets, and seeing communities in Norfolk coming together to show their support.

We never know what others are going through, with everyone worrying about how much things cost. Something everyone can do with no expense #BeKind to each other, make the change!

What a surreal day. Started walking at 0530 with dozens of people, many suicide bereaved parents. We all got soaked in the walk to Westminster then in the evening we won the @JustGiving Team of the Year Award ..

There's quite a lot going on at @GwernyfedRFC our start point this morning (29th September) so we won't start walking until 0800 Come down and say hello if you can

I did my first individual presentation for college today and although I was a bag of nerves, I did it! Very pleased and feeling super accomplished as I lost a family friend this week and was considering giving up after the year ive had! Feeling accomplished (and ready for bed!)
