I know in my job my employer wouldn’t pay for this - I would be expected to. And I earn in a year what some of them get for a quarter final appearance.

All involved in these campaigns - FA, PL, EFL, FSA, PFA, PGMOL and LMA - deserve praise for taking a stand. They now need to show the will, the consistency and unity to see it through. A personal preference would be for 10-minute sin-bins for dissent. Football needs sin-bins.
