@thetrainline you have been processing an insured refund for the last 8 weeks!!! I have phoned 4 times at a chargeable rate to be promised I would either hear from another team or receive the refund within 48-72 hours! Last call was 10 days ago…still nothing! Disgrace!!

@AmericanAir I contacted you via email on June 20th about an 18 hour delayed flight. 7-10 business days for a response. Still nothing!! Your service at the time of delay was shocking as is your customer service. Can someone please get back to he regarding this matter!
