Thank you @northernassist for cancelling the only train at Brinnington for over 2 hours, as a result I’m waiting in the freezing cold, pouring rain and storms knowing I can’t get compensated due to my ticket being a Rover on the Buses & Trains.

@dublin1guy @northernassist Unfortunately, because it’s a Manchester Rover ticket that has buses and Metro on it they say it’s not valid for delay repay

@liam_10001 @northernassist You can still claim compensation as your over two hours late for your journey. The full rover price for the day should be refunded. Claim delay repay in the normal way

@northernassist Yes, I’m waiting at the “bus stop” with a little shelter, no seats, and where I am still getting wet. Not very good when your legs are aching like hell, and there’s no seats, and you’re in an area you don’t know. I don’t even know if this is the correct bus stop, I’m assuming

@TfL Carriage 91067 on the Central Line has no door beeps. Someone got hit by the door because the door closing whistle didn’t go off, and the doors just slammed shut randomly. Please can you raise for repair or ask the driver to make door closing PAs due to the dangerous fault
