Worst experience I had with @LibasIndia on my order.
As per the statement from @ShiprocketIndia@ShiprocketCare they delivered while I didnt receive any product and no one helped me out to check and investigate this.

@LibasIndia the customer service is so terrible that they kept jerking me around for 3 days. Especially Mr Gautham and Mr Kapil. Then I was informed that I need to show them the outer packaging for them to investigate this.
@LibasIndia I have never had such a terrible experience with a brand. I ordered on their app which is slow af. The parcel had 6 items and stated "delivered" however I received only 1 item. I called the customer service and they just kept postponing the resolution.

@LibasIndia The customer service executive tells me that since I am not hoarding my parcel's outer packaging I can't receive any resolution for my issue. So I spent nearly 8k and got nothing. Thank you for being such a collosal disappointment. Never every buying from @LibasIndia

I’ve been chasing a refund for cancelled order #42323270. Snapmint claims ₹1709 was adjusted in EMI and ₹569 credited separately—exceeding the actual refund amount. No proof, no resolution.
