@DMerschbrock It should be, shouldn’t be able to cherry pick. If you legalize it for renewables then that opens the floodgate for pipelines. It’s called setting a precedent. Which is why both should just be illegal and up to land owners.

@DMerschbrock The irony here is that the state is cross crossed with plenty of refined fuel pipelines that were all taken by eminent domain. But heaven forbid infrastructure is built for green energy.

@ChefGruel I actually prefer tomatoes to avocado when making BLTs (also no cheese). At some point the sandwich becomes too unwieldy and wet to qualify as an actual sandwich.
