@LiciousFoods Sucks big time. I have used their app last year and this year a friend wanted to try, so I gave my referral code. Turns out I have to place an active order this year so as the referral to be applicable. Unheard of this crappy behaviour. Bad #CustomerExperience

@LiciousFoods today after a long time I thought of ordering chicken from your app, but I didn’t do. Do you know why? Check the screenshots. I added 500g chicken of 179 and 9 rs for membership. Check the item total. It’s 202 instead of 188. Why it’s increased by 14 rs? 🤣😁

@LiciousFoods today i ordered mutton at around 5PM and order not received yet while delivery time was 7:30 PM and they marked the order as delivered. What type of scam is going on. Now I have no other option to buy meat anywhere. Totally spoil my dinner and mood as well.

@LiciousFoods I ordered Chicken via Licious on 10/13 night for early morning delivery. Order Id: oo6c9zp2oxtj. The order was placed at my doorstep at 7.14 AM on 10/14. No call, no calling bell, nothing. The delivery person had marked the order as delivered and left.

We were waiting for the order to be delivered, and only after following up with your customer care did we check the doorstep. This is not a do-not-disturb order. The meat had been lying outside in ideal conditions for one hour. Is this why we have to choose Licious?
