@makemytrip@makemytripcare my respect for MMT brand is falling daybyday. They have double black paid loyalty programme where u are allowed to cancel few hotel and fight bookings last minute. Now they have quietly added 24 hours prior clause which was never told to customers.
@EmiratesSupport- same Boston Bangalore flight seat no 6A lost my air pods and again no proper procedure to lodge compliant. tired of calling the complaint number in dubai and no response. Had few times live chat with centre and they reply that I will get call but no call yet.
@EmiratesSupport - travelling business class thought such a premium airline and no response on customer queries is so painful and not sure how do you trust the airline for future travels
@EmiratesSupport - have taken business class flight from Boston to Bangalore on 13th feb, told the attendant to add fragile on my baggage and when I reached home found there is a large cut on the bag. Have tried to lodge complaint there is no official process and no response
