Just look at those lovely ears! This Rabbit was recently brought in after being caught by a dog. Our triage nurse carefully cleaned the wounds, administered pain relief & started antibiotics to prevent infection & we are hopeful she will go on to make a full recovery.

So yet again another few days ruined dealing with abuse and trolls on social media! Can I just clarify that this is a family of wild Badgers and lots of Foxes that have been visiting my garden for the last 20 years of different generations. They aren’t tame, they choose to visit and are comfortable with me and my garden! I can’t stand up and walk towards them I am either lay on my belly or kneeling up at the doors, they know my smell, they know my door and they know I will not harm them! If I was walking around the back and I came face to face with any of them they would run away from me (they wouldn’t come skipping towards me or any other human for that matter, natural instincts are still very much intact). As for feeding them they get fed 365 days a year whatever the weather, to keep them safe and away from a very busy road! They have the best quality food that I can afford, an occasional treat and help with medication when it’s needed. One answer to that is if you don’t like what I do then DON’T FOLLOW! Enough is enough I’ve had it with Bloody opinions this is a nice page aimed to give people a few smiles a day whilst showing our wonderful wildlife in the light it should be seen. As if our Wonderful wildlife isn’t having a tough time as it is? There’s a minority who are ruining things, I’m sorry to say mainly men and are hell bent on seeing Mr Lumpy & Friends no more! They certainly are NOT VERMIN ITS THE TROLLS THAT ARE! I’m glad my anti depressants are working as I’ve got enough on my plate to deal with at the moment! Rant over Sorry Not Sorry 🤬🐾🐾
