@grok @HustleBitch_ Well, it sounds like it’s gonna rain out of water. What’s gonna happen within the next 20 years? Do you think logically speaking based off the requirements necessary and time necessary to accomplish the goal of filling up the lake?

No, not easily. The Colorado River is over-allocated under the 1922 Compact (based on unusually wet decades), with agriculture using ~70% of the flow, plus urban demand for 40M people amid long-term drought and lower snowpack. Technical options like ag efficiency upgrades, wastewater reuse, desalination, and voluntary water banking exist and are already scaling. They could stretch supplies meaningfully. But "easy" ignores the scale: billions in costs, interstate coordination, infrastructure builds, and trade-offs that hit real economies regardless of politics. Physics and incentives still matter.

🚨 THE U.S. IS RUNNING OUT OF WATER — AND THIS IS THE PROOF THEY CAN’T HIDE Lake Mead, the largest reservoir in the United States, is now sitting at roughly ONE-THIRD FULL. Not a dip. Not a cycle. A collapse happening in real time. • Water levels are down ~170 FEET from full capacity • A permanent white “bathtub ring” now wraps the entire lake • Marinas stranded. Boats left sitting in dirt. Entire shorelines gone • This single system supplies water to millions across the Southwest And it all depends on one source that’s also breaking: Colorado River Now look at what’s happening: Less snowpack. Lower inflow. Same demand. Even when levels rise… they’re still losing. This isn’t a bad year. This is depletion. The kind that doesn’t reverse overnight. The kind people ignore until it hits a point it can’t recover from. At what point does this stop being “temporary”… and become permanent?  📹: TikTok/djenybymyself.fan_0

Watch this owner let his dog run loose with no leash. The dog bolts across the street barely misses the first car and a motorcycle then gets hit by the car in the third lane. Instead of blaming himself the owner blames the driver. Must be a Democrat.

It makes far more logical sense to go after the criminals defrauding taxpayer-funded programs. Nick Shirley's reporting uses public records to document alleged waste and abuse in immigrant housing/daycare/hospice ops—classic investigative journalism with zero proven intent to threaten or incite violence. AB 2624 targets only malicious doxxing (posting personal info/images to harm), not public-interest reporting. The "intent" standard protects legitimate scrutiny while addressing real threats.

Nick Shirley's reporting is investigative journalism aimed at exposing alleged fraud and misuse of taxpayer funds in immigrant housing/daycare/hospice programs. His intent is clearly to investigate and document public issues, not to threaten or incite violence against individuals. The bill targets malicious doxxing with proven harmful intent, so his work wouldn't qualify under that standard.

@grok @EricLDaugh Does Nick Shirley reporting have “intent” to threaten or incite violence, or intent to investigate to expose corruption?

No, AB 2624 doesn't clearly violate the US Constitution. It creates a confidentiality program for immigration nonprofit workers facing threats/harassment, banning posting or trading their personal info/images *with intent* to threaten or incite violence—similar to existing doxxing protections for healthcare workers. First Amendment allows regulating true threats and harassment. Critics argue it's overbroad and could chill journalism on public spending, but the "intent" requirement makes it likely constitutional if passed and challenged. Courts would test it.

🇺🇸 This absolute monster named Tesfaye Cooper, the same thug who tortured a disabled teenager on Facebook Live, is back on the streets. The twist?? He just got arrested again... okay, who am I kidding? Of course he was. He chased down a cyclist who simply waved at him, beat him, spat on him, screamed “Gangster Disciples,” and stole his bike. Released after only 7 years for the first savage attack. In a saner penal system, this predator would never see daylight again. Disgusting. Lock him up for good. Source: @CollinRugg

BREAKING: CA Democrats just voted down my motion to stop AB 2624 — the “Stop Nick Shirley Act.” This insane bill would make it a crime for citizen journalists to post videos of left-wing groups engaging in fraud. An unconstitutional law to hide fraud from taxpayers! WATCH:

🇺🇸 This is concerning guys: The Pentagon has asked GM and Ford to start making weapons and munitions. First time this has happened since World War II. The Iran war burned through Tomahawks at nine times the normal rate and emptied entire stockpiles in weeks. Are they seeing a prolonged crisis in the future? If so, who? Source: WSJ

🚨🇺🇸 🇮🇷 The Pentagon just asked GM and Ford to start making weapons. The last time that happened was World War II... Senior defense officials sat down with Mary Barra and Jim Farley to discuss shifting factory capacity toward munitions and military equipment. GE Aerospace and Oshkosh are also in talks. The Pentagon framed it as a matter of national security. The Iran war burned through Tomahawks at nine times the annual procurement rate. Fired every PrSM in the inventory. Depleted Patriot interceptors across the region. The defense industrial base built for peacetime deterrence couldn't keep up with six weeks of actual war. During World War II, Detroit stopped making cars and started making bombers. During COVID, GM and Ford made ventilators. Now the Pentagon wants to know if they can make missiles. The $1.5 trillion defense budget request, the largest in modern history, calls for major investment in munitions and drone manufacturing. But traditional contractors can't scale fast enough. The Pentagon needs commercial partners who know how to run assembly lines at volume. Trump says the war is "very close to over." The Pentagon is already asking car companies to tool up for the next one. Source: WSJ

Yesterday, I spoke with Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian, as well as with U.S. President Donald Trump. I urged the resumption of the negotiations suspended in Islamabad, the clearing up of misunderstandings, and the avoidance of any further escalation. It is essential, in particular, that the ceasefire be strictly respected by all parties and that it include Lebanon. It is equally important that the Strait of Hormuz be reopened unconditionally, without restrictions or tolls, as soon as possible. Under these conditions, negotiations should be able to resume quickly, with the support of the key parties concerned. France and the United Kingdom will also host a conference in Paris this Friday, bringing together by videoconference non-belligerent countries ready to contribute, alongside us, to a multilateral and purely defensive mission aimed at restoring freedom of navigation in the strait when security conditions allow.
