@AirbnbHelp my account was hacked & guest was asked to send $800 deposit. Suspicious, she reached out to Airbnb and you told her to send the deposit via Venmo. So she did. 1 of 2

@EVCSnetwork @ the Chino chargers. Your app is so screwy. It shows 1 avail CCS1 as occupied but the machine is down. Luckily I called in and was told there were 3 or I would have been calling for a tow truck! Can’t you update info on ur app? SO many mistakes. #EVCS @gusocchiuzzo

@lightaction Hi Heather, thank you for your comment. Our location on Russell Ave has been fixed several times and our operations team has reported back saying 3/4 are currently operational. Please reach out to support.evcs.com/hc/en-us so we can better understand what is happening.

@EVCSnetwork what is up with the chargers in Los Feliz. Only 1 of 4 has worked for MONTHS!!! Calls and emails result in no info. What’s even worse… the app shows as avail when they are NOT WORKING. Get it together #EVCS

@EVCSnetwork Nope. That’s completely inaccurate. Same 3 have been out every time I go for the last several months. The app is inaccurate and when you arrive you have to check each machine as there is no info on the non working screens. @gusocchiuzzo
