What’s the youngest ethnic group in Europe? Maybe the South Slavs. Serbs, Macedonians etc. Unique combination: Steppe/Euro HGmaxxed Baltic-like Proto-Slavs plus East Med “Imperial Roman” types... people like them did not really exist in history prior to the Medieval period
