Shout out to @rheem customer service. I have their tankless water heater (Dallas area) and with all the power cycling it stopped working. Called their customer service and was walked thru the problem AND found the part!! Awesome service!

@sshorner Evacuation is in process. Goes very slowly. Kinda hoping it's daylight when we go. Too much damage on this ship to leave us on it. Restaurants are disaster with broken stuff everywhere.

@SulfoDK Captain says they will continue evacuation of passengers. Obviously he will take the ship to a port somewhere. Lots of damage inside the ship including window broken in dining room. Glass and broken pottery in the dining areas.

@like2trvl Have you been updated on the plans of evaluating, after the ship got 3/4 of the engines back? Will they sail into harbor, or still evacuate by helicopter?

On board the Viking Sky. The crew is doing an amazing job on trending to us. The galley has been damaged, broken glass, wine bottles, dishes, etc. Yet they have managed to make sandwiches, bring water and keep us calm. #VikingSky
