Electra Rhodes - writes a bit/archaeologises a bit
Papa fell last night. The paramedics arrived & were competent, kind & caring. He's ok, & sleeping now. The main problem? Between him falling & them arriving? 13 hours. Not their fault. It's chronic underfunding & pressure on the service. 13 hours tho. Damn. #NHSCrisis

Looking at your website it is the law to give APIs

@TUIUK very bad customer service. Why are we being told that we have to give our APIs at the airport and we can’t check in 24hrs before. We have prepaid to book our seats and we are unable to do this. Why take our money? I thought we need to go contactless and be covid safe?
