I am absolutely devastated Men who claim to be women have more rights than actual women in Australia. It is women who are being discriminated against, not the men who claim to be us. But in a sense, nothing has changed: we will all wake up tomorrow & men will still not be women.

Both women had had an abortion but changed their mind afterwards. Yet they had the freedom to make that choice for themselves and then wanna take it away from others

An Alberta judge has just struck down a petition for an independence referendum in response to a legal challenge by First Nations. We may never find out how many signatures separatists really got, but their question will not go forward. Premier Smith has some decisions to make.

This is outrageous. CBC is behind a production that has been deceptively entrapping interviewees (and, in true CBC fashion, seemingly sparing no expense). How do fraudulent, fake documentaries fit in with Marc Miller's claim of CBC being necessary for "social cohesion"?

The CBC needs to answer for this. They have been controlling the narrative my whole life. I’m in my 60s. They have been influencing our children with these sorts of productions and showing them what they want to show them. It is parents and pastors jobs to guide we don’t need the CBCs help!! This is a hard article to read, but I hope you'll do so. I've spent some time reporting on widespread rape and other sexual violence of Palestinian male and female prisoners by Israeli authorities, and the article is now published. The assault victims were warned not to give speak of what they endured -- they were sometimes told they would be killed or raped if they gave interviews -- but they found the courage to do so. One man described being raped three times in a single day in Israeli prison, the third time after he tried to protest. A young woman said the guards would come in at the beginning of each shift and strip her naked and abuse her. Another reported that she was shown photos of herself being raped and warned they would be released unless she cooperated with Israeli intelligence. Even three children who had been detained told me they had been sexually abused. Look, whatever our position on the Middle East, we should be able to agree on being anti-rape. Sexual assaults were horrific when Israeli women were targeted on Oct. 7, and they're equally horrific when Israeli authorities use them against Palestinians day after day after day.
