Actually, this is how financially educated people think, if you’ve ever read the terms and conditions of a bank, the money reflected on a ledger is an IOU, if you want the money, the bank has to provide it, but it is being used for liquidity it’s not yours. But I can completely understand if you know nothing about finances. This might be a confusing concept.
