La cifra es apenas menor al 12,4% de 2024 y se mantiene entre las más altas desde 2016. Se concentra en adultos de 30 a 65 años, en su mayoría jefes de hogar. Afecta más a mujeres y tiene fuerte presencia en el servicio doméstico, donde las jornadas fragmentadas obligan a combinar empleos. También alcanza a sectores medios y profesionales, que suman trabajos para sostener ingresos frente a la inflación. El Gran Buenos Aires es el epicentro de esta tendencia, con el 54,8% del total nacional. El pluriempleo plantea desafíos para el sistema previsional y la calidad del empleo.
