币圈最大的谎言，大概就是那句被无数人喊烂了的“Code is Law” 当年刚进圈的时候，所有布道者都在给你洗脑：在这个绝对的 trustless systems（无须信任的系统）里，你不需要相信任何人，你只需要相信冷冰冰的代码。 极其残酷的真相：DeFi 从来都没有真正消灭过信任，它只是把信任偷偷转移了🤡 你以为你在完全掌控自己的资产？别天真了。你实际上是在无底线地信任一份 Dev 熬夜写出来、可能连审计都没做全的智能合约；你是在信任预言机（Oracles）在极端行情下不会宕机断流；你是在信任那些像漏勺一样的跨链桥不会被 Lazarus 黑客组织一锅端；你甚至是在信任排序器（Sequencers）不会恶意夹你的交易 所以，在这个危机四伏的修罗场里，真正的 DeFi security（DeFi安全）绝对不是掩耳盗铃地喊口号说“我们没有信任”。 顶级的金融系统，拼的是 engineered trust（工程化信任）👉把它极其坦诚地设计成结构化的系统。谁拥有什么权限、资金部署的边界在哪、遇到极端黑天鹅时系统该如何响应，全都在事前被精确定义、隔离和限制。这才是正规军该有的样子🏗️ 🛡️ 这也是我为什么越来越看重 @ConcreteXYZ 底层逻辑的原因 他们没有在那儿玩虚伪的去中心化角色扮演，而是直接把这套工程化信任的理念拍在了桌面上。作为一个降维打击的 DeFi infrastructure（DeFi基础设施），Concrete 把信任变得极其透明和模块化：⚙️ →角色权限隔离：将策略管理、资金分配和风控执行彻底剥离，系统按照严密的逻辑运转，不再是一把抓的黑箱作业。 →强硬的风控护栏：通过底层机制强制执行安全边界，不给任何超额风险开口子。 →双轨制安全响应：不可篡改的 onchain enforcement（链上强制执行）加上敏锐的链下情报与动态调整，用代码锁死底线，用系统韧性适应市场。 未来的链上金融，它只属于那些能把信任极其精妙地工程化、结构化、可审计化的硬核基建 👉 Explore Concrete at concrete.xyz

2018 年，BTC 从 2 万美元跌到 3000 美元，ICO 泡沫破裂。 那一年，Uniswap 创立。 2022 年，Terra 暴雷，三箭资本破产，FTX 倒闭。 那一年，Hyperliquid 开始建设。 很多真正改变行业的东西，都是在市场最冷的时候被做出来的。 现在，一个新的机会可能正在出现： a16z + 1kx 领投 创始人曾参与 Flashbots 和 CoW Swap 的去中心化拍卖设计 目标是重构链上交易基础设施 这个项目就是 @poddotnetwork ▌Hyperliqiud 证明了什么？ 在讲 Pod Network 之前，必须先讲 Hyperliquid 。 因为 Hyperliquid 的成功已经证明了几件非常重要的事。 第一，专用 L1 路线是可行的。 第二，传统金融资产上链有真实需求。 最后也是最重要的一点，链上订单簿不是幻想。 Hyperliquid 证明了，链上交易可以做到日均数十亿美元成交量。市场在那里，用户在那里，需求也在那里。 但 Hyperliquid 不是终点，它不是链上交易的最终形态。 Pod 的出现正是试图补上这最后一块拼图。 Hyperliquid 很快，但每笔交易仍需节点达成共识、打包成块。 Pod 做了一件极其大胆的事，彻底丢掉“共识”和“区块”。 它的架构叫流式无共识。每个验证者独立接收交易、独立验证、独立打时间戳、独立签名证明。验证者之间不通信，不协调。客户端收集到 n-f 个证明，交易即告最终确认。 Hyperliquid 靠速度来抗 MEV，而 Pod 靠的是数学公平。 作为 Flashbots 和 CoW Swap 的架构设计参与者，Pod 创始人 Shresth Agrawal 比任何人都清楚，只要有排序权，就有“割韭菜”的空间。 为此，Pod 引入了批量拍卖机制，每 10 毫秒为一个窗口。在这个窗口内，不论你是大户还是散户，不论你快了多少毫秒，大家的成交价格完全一致。 CoW Swap 证明了批量拍卖在小规模场景下可行。但 Pod 是第一个在协议层实现它的。不是在应用层打补丁，是从共识架构开始，把速度优势从市场结构里删除。 ▌谁在做这件事？为什么是他们？ CEO Shresth Agrawal，前 Paradigm 学者项目参与者，曾在 ParaSwap 和 Common Prefix 工作。Pod 的架构直接来自他当年的研究。 CTO Alex Brezas，十年以上全栈工程经验，同样来自 Common Prefix。 融资方面，Pod 已完成 1000 万美元种子轮，由 a16z 和 1kx 领投，Lemniscap、BBF 等参投。 ▌现在到哪一步了？ Pod 正在进入产品落地 + 生态建设并行期。 Waitlist 已经上线。机制很简单： 在 Arbitrum 上存入 USDC（链上托管，随时可提，无锁定期） 存款金额 + 推荐人数决定排名 排名越高，越早获得测试网权限和主网 early access 主网上线后，Arbitrum 上的 USDC 直接迁移到 Pod 网络使用 参与链接：pod.pro/k/iamyourchaos

法国 MUJI 从一个商场搬到另外一个商场… 从一次“倒闭”到第二次“倒闭” 😂 有时候问题不是你换了个地方 而是你底层那套逻辑根本没变 （所以作为消费都我能做的就是把我喜欢的物件最大量的购买起来存着😂。 SO ---加上 我自己背的那个 我现在身上挂了4个包～ 出门就很拉风的感觉） 其实就是说这逻辑放到链上其实也一模一样：： Multisig 一直被当作金库安全的“标准答案”，但这次 Drift Protocol 事件其实问题很清楚的：multisig 只是能验证“签名” 对不对 但-----它完全不知道“这笔交易合不合理”！！！攻击者不是黑合约，而是一点点混进来再加上了社工拿到预签名（durable nonce） 最后发生了啥呢？？上线一个假的资产 CVT + 造价格历史骗 oracle +抵押 5亿 CVT 最后。。。提走 ~$285M 真资产！！！（这么多钱啊） 所以你看 流程全对 ✔️ 签名也是全对 ✔️ multisig 直接就给放行了 所以真正的问题不在签名机制上，而在于multisig 没有“判断能力” 所以讲这么多 所以 我这篇文的重点来了： 在这样的环境下 @RialoHQ 到底能做啥： 他能提供Guarded Multisig 这个东西并不是替代 multisig， 而是直接给它加了个人的脑子 --能拉链下数据（实时价格） --能做风险判断（不是只看 token 的数量） --能自动触发 alert（不是靠 bot） --大额操作强制 MFA（OTP 二次确认） --关键操作带 timelock（不给你秒改配置） 本质就是把这些能力： 从“外挂 bot / keeper” 直接变成了“链内原生能力” 而且最关键的一点是： BEFORE multisig = dumb executor（你签了我就执行） AFTER multisig = policy-aware system（我会判断你这操作是不是离谱） Drift 这类攻击本质其实不是什么技术的漏洞 是系统没有在 execution 时做判断，所以当资金规模越来越大 “签名正确 ≠ 行为安全”这才是问题的核心
