@Bougainvillefan In Italy it depends. For example I live in a house with big walls that in summer allows you not to use the air con but I also went to a friends house that was made in the 60s that could get the aircon but it's hard with all the permits

Can i know where the myth of "europeans don't use ACs" came from?? Theyre literally everywhere here in Italy and even when i went to Paris in 2024 my hotel and the bars had It too, maybe it's something only in northern Europe idk

Acima de 35°C do bulbo úmido, quando a umidade está saturada e a temperatura do ar acima de 35°C temos o BULBO ÚMIDO LETAL. Nesse nível NENHUM ser humano resiste por mais de 2 horas, idosos e bebês cerca de 30 minutos para entrar em colapso térmico. A Índia é um grande exemplo de uma nação a beira de uma catástrofe, e estamos falando do país mais populoso do mundo, quase 1.5 bilhão de pessoas.
