@hello_edo At this rate, it's probably the most exciting game of the playoffs this year until the finals.

The trick is setting the expectation that this is ok for Andy Grove to do, but not everyone else. A few nodes walking around saves meeting time, but if everyone does this the number of distractions per hour explode.

@peteskomoroch These 2 min 'casual encounters' might save a manager a 30min meeting, but could also cost an engineer a >30min in ramp up time from the context switching.
