@gog1975 @Mango They told me to take it back to another store… I said that’s Bristol and it’s 90mins from where I live. Will let you know if there’s a solution. Really poor though and you lose faith as a customer

@tfwrail the 5.20pm from Waun-Gron Park to Aberdare had drunk men shouting racist abuse at a lady and everyone was too intimidated to intervene.The men got off at Fernhill.The conductor heard and said nothing.I moved carriages three times because I felt intimidated. It was awful

@tfwrail Hi, I’ve been charged a penalty fare on July 9th but both tap as you go journeys from that day have the correct station info on them on the app, so not sure why I’ve been charged a penalty fare. Could you advise please? Thanks

@tfwrail pay as you go machine not working in Aberdare again tonight, no option on the app to input end destination, please advise. I don’t fancy waiting 20 working days for another email to query a penalty fare when it isn’t my fault. Thanks.

@marksandspencer 2/2 The cafe should have a closed sign when demand is too high - the kitchen is nowhere near large enough for the amount of people queuing to order today. Customer service in the cafe was dreadful, but thankfully the lady from lingerie stepped in

@marksandspencer After an appalling experience in your Merthyr cafe (20min to be served, 40min wait for food they’d lost the slip for, a further 10min wait for a refund from a manager who they couldn’t locate), I’d like to commend the lingerie manager that stepped in to help 1/2

@johnlewishelp Hello, I was just on a call for 22 mins and it cut off. Could someone call me back please? The advice I was given was a bit odd - the lady said my iPhone battery would last 14 hours and I said it’s meant to last 27 hours and she said, ‘some do and some don’t.’
